In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water. Add the stock, water, corn kernels, creamed corn, soy sauce and rice wine.

  1. In pan add chicken stock and bring it to boil
  2. Then add boil chicken and boil corns
  3. Add garlic powder salt, chinese salt, chicken powder,black pepper powder
  4. Book for 10 min on medium flame
  5. Then add cornflour + water mixture and mix continously untill thick
  6. Then add beaten egg on high flame and mix continously
  7. Then add boil egg cook for 5 min
  8. Then chicken corn soup is ready to serve
  9. Serve with chilli sauce and green chilli + vinegar

Remove chicken breast from the stock and leave to cool for a few minutes then shred. Add corn to stock and bring to the boil over a medium heat.
