In a saucepan, combine the chicken stock, water, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, root ginger, garlic, soy sauce and crushed chillies. Bring to the boil, then reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer while you assemble the rest of the ingredients. Place the chicken strips into a bowl and toss with the sesame oil to coat. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, rice wine, cinnamon, star anise, Sichuan pepper, and black pepper.

- Place all the ingredients at kitchen counter.
- In a pan add oil, chopped garlic fry little bit then add the chicken until chicken turned into white colour. Then add broth & let it boil.
- Now add vegetables with & black pepper.
- Add salt, worcestershire sauce & soya sauce.
- Add chicken powder, chilli sauce & ketchup.
- Dissolve cornflour with cold water and add to the soup & stir continuously check the consistency of the soup. In the end add beaten egg & again stir continuously.
- Chicken szechuan soup is ready to serve.
Place the chicken strips into a bowl and toss with the sesame oil to coat. Add chicken stock, soy sauce, rice wine, cinnamon, star anise, Sichuan pepper, and black pepper. Turn heat to high and bring to boil. Heat chicken broth to a simmer. Meanwhile, heat vegetable oil in a wok or large saute pan.
