Then add noodle and cut green vegies of your choice. Next Add corn starch mixture. Let it simmer again till gravy thickens. Adjust taste to your liking. If using lard, add another spoon of lard to the noodle at this stage. Stir and remove from the heat.
- Serve hot.

This is obviously very subjective but I honestly find the Asian brands to be more elastic and firm. I prefer to use dried shiitake mushrooms over fresh.
