- Add to the heat and stir until boiling. Add the cornflour to the cold water and mix in.
- Pour the cornflour in the gravy stirring it will start thickening. Add another 1/2 tsp cornflour to little cold water and add that for thickness.
For marinade, in a blender or food processor combine roasted peppers, oil, vinegar, Italian seasoning, and garlic. Cover and blend or process until smooth. Seal bag; turn to coat chicken. Place the chicken in a roasting pan or large cast iron skillet. Stuff the onion, rosemary and lemon inside of the chicken.
