Squeeze the juice of one lemon over the chicken, and season with lemon zest, pepper, Italian seasoning and salt. Add the lemon juice and salt and pepper. In saucepan bring chicken stock to a boil and then add lemon juice, sugar and zest. Blend together cornstarch and cold water and stir into the lemon sauce.
