Blend the cornflour with a little stock and add to the soup pan with the remaining stock and the sweetcorn. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and add pepper and salt. In a separate bowl mix the cornflour with water.

  1. Prepare stock by adding chicken, water, black peppercorns and all the vegetables chopped coarsely
  2. Cook on slow flame until chicken is very well tendered. The water left would be 1.5 litre
  3. Discard the veggies and save the stock.
  4. Shred chicken and set aside.
  5. Now heat up the stock again and add boiled/canned corns and chicken to it. Add spices and let it cook for another 15 minutes
  6. Add cornflour dissolved in water and adjust the consistency
  7. Now add egg whites and cook for one more minute
  8. Add sauces according to taste
  9. Serve hot and garnish with boiled eggs
