From the total 3 cups of water, take the remaining half cup of water in a separate bowl again and add cornflour to it. Mix it well with water, without forming any lumps. Add it into the pan & mix everything well again. Now finally add some pepper powder to it & mix it.
  5. Then again cook it for 2 more mins and serve hot. You can enjoy having it as mid-day/evening snacks or as a light dinner. This will definitely help you to lose weight and stay fit.
