  4. Crush garlic, ginger and scotch bonnet
  5. Sauté the onions add the crush bonnets fry for about 2 mins add the gizzard and plantain, add spices and the sliced veges
  6. Add the chicken broth and cook for 5 mins
  7. Enjoy!
