- Heat the same pan,add butter and oil,ginger garlic paste, chopped green chilli,saute for few seconds,add finely chopped broccoli, capsicum,carrot.Now saute for 2 minutes,add boiled water,smooth paste we made with the blender in medium to low for 4_5minutes.Add soya sauce, vinegar,salt, pepper.Mix it well.In cornflour add 1/4cup of water.,this will thicken the soup.
- Reduce the flame low,add cornflour mixture.Stir continuously and boil 2to 3 minutes.If thickens then stop the cornflour mixture. Healthy broccoli soup is ready to serve.
