- Corns ko wash kar ke alag kelyn aur fresh corns use karyn is se flavor ziada acha hy tins waly avoid karyn behter hy. Alehda karny ke bad unhyn haton ki madad se hi halka halka mash karlyn. Jesa ke picture me dikh raha hy.
- Chicken stock bht achy se pak chuki hy still low flame par hi rkhyn gy last tak flame off nhn karni hai. Ab corn add kardyn aur mix karyn.
- Sath hi shredded chicken bhi add kardyn.
- Sath me vinegar, soya sauce aur black pepper powder bhi add kardyn. Aur mix karlyn
- 5 minutes ke bad corn flour ko thory se pani me mix karyn aur soup me dalty rhyn. Corn flour dalty huye soup me spoon chlaty rehna hy wrna lims ban kyn gh.
- Corn flour dalny se jab thickness any lag jaye to us ke bad aik medium size ka egg lein usy achy se beat karyn aur soup me add karty jayn aur spoon chltay jayn. Yad rhyn jab anda dlyn tosoup me sponn chlaty rehna hai. Lekin agar thickness na ay to mazeed corn flour add kar skty hyn.
- Ab soup ko dhak dyn low glame par aur hum ready karty hyn soup ke sauces. Meny white sauce nhn bnya q ke meri family usy ziada pasnd nhn kia jata lekin ingredients me us ki recipe mojod hai ap bnana chayn to bana lyn. Phly red sauce bnyn gy us ke lie aik chotu se bowl me vinegar dalyn aur red chilli powder daly. Aur achy se mix karyn q ke thick paste bana hai is lie red powder ziada add hoga.
- Red sauce ready karny ke bad green chilli sauce bnyn gy vinegar me green chilli chopped kar ke add kardyn aur ziada achi bat yeh hai ke agar yh dono sauce ap 10 15 din phly bana lyn aur taste mazed acha hojata hy.
