- Take 50 gms Fresh Turmeric
- Take 3 Carrots
- Prepare 3 Tomatoes
- Make ready 2 tsp Pepper powder

Add onions, garlic and turmeric and sauté until soft and fragrant. Add carrots and tomatoes and cook for a minute or so, while stirring. In a large pot, saute the onion and garlic until soft. Add the spices and stir well.

- Clean all veggies. Remove skin of turmeric and cut in small pieces. Cut tomatoes and carrots too. It's fine if you cut them a but big as we will be cooking them in pressure cooker.
- Put everything in pressure cooker along with water and very little salt. Pressure cook for 3 whistles.
- Once done let it cook for 10 minutes. Strain out the stock and keep aside.
- Put the cooked veggies in a blender and make a nice puree.
- Now strain this puree into the stock.
- It's time to boil the soup with seasoning of pepper, salt and sugar.
- Pour hot soup into bowl top it with fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves.
In a large pot, saute the onion and garlic until soft. Add the spices and stir well. Add the chopped carrots and beans and stir well again. Add the carrots and mix well together. Season with ½ tsp sea salt and fresh black pepper.
