  6. It's time to boil the soup with seasoning of pepper, salt and sugar.
  7. Pour hot soup into bowl top it with fresh cream and garnish with coriander leaves.

In a large pot, saute the onion and garlic until soft. Add the spices and stir well. Add the chopped carrots and beans and stir well again. Add the carrots and mix well together. Season with ½ tsp sea salt and fresh black pepper.
