- Add salt, black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.
- Switch off the gass.
- Soup is ready.
- Garnish with fried mushroom and coriander leaves.
Strain the stock and keep it aside. Juice of one large lemon or as per taste. Method: Tip in the butter, green chillies, garlic and ginger into a pan. Drop in the onions and salt. Saute till the onions turn translucent.
