Chop tofu into ½ inch cubes. Slice carrot finely on a diagonal. Slice the ½ red onion into half moons. Divide Noodles, Tofu and all the raw ingredients to personal liking into these large soup bowls. Ladle boiling hot Broth over noodles, and top with green onions, cilantro, basil, and lime/lemon wedges to be stirred into soup.
