- Prepare 1 Dollop of sour cream on each serving optional
In slow cooker, mix chicken, corn, beans, enchilada sauce and taco seasoning mix. Top with enchilada sauce, tomatoes, chili beans, black beans, corn and spices. Mix and make sure chicken is covered. Add beans, celery, onion and spices.
