So, I never liked Shepherd's Pie, and Aaron has said a few times that his mom always made it and he doesn't really like it, but I got desperate today and didn't want to go to the store, so I created my own version, and it was good!! Aaron's exact words were, "I don't want to say this too loud, but this was pretty dang good!" (He hates making his mom feel bad. Who says you can't have a well rounded meal from the gas station?   1. heat oven to 350
  2. In a microwave safe bowl heat water following directions on instant potatoes. add taters to bowl, stir, set aside.
  3. Brown ground beef with onion real good after its good and onions are tender splash with worcerstshire and favorite beer to get all the goodies off pan
  4. To the beef mixture add half bag of frozen veggies and cream mushroom, garlic powder. Add milk, stir till mixed well.
  5. In a casserole dish add beef mixture, then spread the taters:) covering all the beef, then pour the whole can of cream corn over the top. Sprinkle season salt and pop it in oven for 30 or until bubbly:)
