You can also add some chopped celery. Onion & Garlic - These two are the main ingredients of this soup, especially garlic. Take the bones, tomato, cloves, cinnamon black peppercorns and salt with one litre of water in a pressure cooker and cook till six whistles. Take water in a sauce pan and add in carrot, onions, ginger, red chilli, salt, pepper and chicken in it.

Steps to make Chicken clear soup:
  1. After deboning the chicken,wash the bones and add it into a pot. Just crush the ginger garlic and cut the onion into 2 or 4.
  2. Add all the ingredients in the pot along with 4 cups water (as my pot can accommodate that much). Make about 1.5 -2 litres hot water ready in another pot or electric kettle.
  3. Throw in some coriander and spring onion also (& any veggies also if you have in the starting only). Let it boil for an hour adding a cup or two of hot water as and when required in total I added 5 cups of hot water.
  4. When it's done. Strain it and your Chicken clear soup is ready. Serve hot! Bon Appetit!
