Instructions Place broth, creamed corn, soy sauce, Chinese cooking wine, ginger, garlic and cornflour / water mixture in a saucepan over high heat. Bring to boil, then turn down the heat to medium and stir occasionally. In a medium stock pot combine stock, cream style corn and chicken.

- Next take corns and boil them
- Then separate the corns..
- Measure salt,black pepper and white pepper
- Then boil the chicken in a pot along with water
- Then add spices.
- Boil it for 20 mins.
- Then take out the cooked chicken and shred it
- Then put the corn n shredded chicken again in the same pot and cook.
- Cook well until both things gets homogenized.
- Then take corn flour and dissolve in water.
- Add it into the chicken n corn mixture,until desired consistency is achieved..keep stirring the spoon so that lumps aur not formed.
- Next take 2 eggs and beat them well.
- Next take the spoon with narrow holes and pass the egg through it into the soup.
- Beautiful strands of eggs aur formed.
- For garnishing along…put soya sauce in one bowl, green chillies n vinegar in other bowl, chilli sauce n ketchup in other bowls.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
