To make vegetable manchow soup, combine the cornflour and ½ cup of water in a small bowl, mix well and keep aside. Manchow soup is a healthy soup as it is prepared from vegetables. Instructions to make Manchow soup:
  1. Heat 1 tbsp oil and add chopped capsicum,chopped carrot, cabbage and shredded boiled chicken saute until cooked but still crunchy, for approx 2 mins. Keep this aside in plate.
  2. In deep pot, heat 1 tbsp oil add finely chopped ginger and garlic,saute for 1- 2 mins,add soya sauce,red chilli sauce, vinegar, black pepper powder, salt, tomato ketchup, sugar and red color. Add chicken stock and water cook well.
  3. When soup starts boiling, add cornflour-water mixture and mix well and add sauted vegs and chicken and mix well.
  4. Lastly, beat an egg and slowly pour into the soup.Cook for 2-3 mins. Garnish with green onion. Serve hot with fried noodles.
