- Take 1 tea spoon salt
To get started with this particular recipe, we must first prepare a few components. The Chinese version of the lomi has no need for much else served with a bowl since any toppings are mixed into the noodles. That's not the case for the Batangas version. Then you heat your masa pan & add some oil then scoop 1 serving spoon at a time & add onto each hole fry the flip when the other side is brown then you serve.
- As for my pepper soup dipping i wash my chicken & add into a pot with small amount of water i on the heat chop some onions, add some salt then ginger & i cover it to start cooking. Then i grind the scotch pepper, red bell pepper & onion i added it then i crush the black pepper, cloves, garlic with some locust beans (daddawa) add every thing into the cooking pot i went ahead to add my seasonings i.e maggi, salt, onga stir it well add 1 serving spoon oil & cook untill its done😋😋😋😋
That's not the case for the Batangas version. If there's one thing that makes the Batangas lomi immediately different from the Chinese lomi, it has to be the mound of toppings.
