  8. Get 2 cups Dashi Stock (2 cups Water & 1 teaspoon Dashi Powder)
  9. Make ready 2 tablespoons Sake (Rice Wine)
  10. Make ready 1 teaspoon grated Ginger
  11. Take 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  12. Make ready 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  13. Take 1 tablespoons Mirin
