- Prepare 1 1/2 cup Milk
- Take 1 cup Chicken stock
- Prepare 1 1/3 cup Cheese (shredded)
Sprinkle over the grated cheese and remaining tarragon. Lasagna Alfredo with chicken, ricotta and spinach. So good that my family requests it at least once a week. Serve with diced tomato as a garnish.
Steps to make Chicken Lasagne:
- Boil Noodle sheets in hot water for 2-3 minutes. Add salt pinch and oil (one teaspoon). Spread it in a basket to dry
- Take a wok and warm oil on medium heat
- Add onions and fry till they are light golden
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add minced chicken and fry till it changes it's colour
- Add tomatoes and Lasagne Masala (keep one table spoon Of Masala aside)
- Add Pizza Sauce and water and keep the lid on it to tender
- For White Sauce, melt butter in a wok
- Add white flour and saute for 2 minutes
- Gradually add milk
- Add one tablespoon Lasagne Masala and chicken stock
- Stir it till you attain the required thickness
- For layering:
- Spread sheets in a dish
- Add prepared chicken, put white sauce and shredded cheese
- Prepare the second layer in the same way
- With one packet of Lasgne Noodles, you can make almost 3 layers
- Put Cheese on the top layer too
- Bake at 180 degree for 10 minutes.
So good that my family requests it at least once a week. Serve with diced tomato as a garnish. Cover the chicken breasts in water and boil until done. Remove skin and bone, cut into small chunks. In a wok, heat the olive oil and saute the mushrooms and peppers.
